You folks exceeded our expectations

We just returned from our three week trip and what a pleasure it was coming home to our newly renovated pool. You folks exceeded our expectations.
 
As a Construction Contractor to our Military for thirty-seven years I have developed high quality standards and am very demanding of timely performance as I am sure you experienced during the build process. Your work and your choice of plaster subcontractor resulted in the quality and aesthetics we had expected from the original builder seven years ago. Louis, your tile setter, does very nice work and impressed us with his work ethic and pleasant attitude.
 
Especially nice was the effort put out by you all to work with us in the design process to determine the most cost efficient way to achieve the look we wanted. It was a huge success. Dolph, your suggestion to use polymeric sand in the restoration of the pool deck by our landscape contractor (he was not aware of the product) solved the problem of loose sand and weeds growing in the joints.
 
It's not unusual at the end of a project for work to slow down and energies get focused on other work. In our case Aaron came in to do start up and stayed with it until it was ready for us to use. He not only did the work but kept us aware of the process as he went along. It was a pleasure working with all of you and we are happy to continue the relationship as one of your pool service clients.

What a great decision we made

Last night I sat outside on my new pool deck with my wife, my kids were swimming in our new pool, and Libby and I talked about what a great decision we made to install the pool. Elite Pools and Spas lived up to exactly what you told me the day I first met you. We could not be happier with our new pool and spa. Your entire team worked very hard, acted professionally, and produced a finished product that exceeds our initial expectations.

Dolph constantly made sure the finished product would turn out like we envisioned. Please give Stanley a pat on the back, he worked very hard and helped us even when he did not have to. You and Dolph will continue to be successful because you work very hard to deliver on all your promises.
